These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the lucbd platform and all services included within it. By creating an account on lucbd or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, all accounts will be closed and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

• Transferring, selling, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.3 Grounds for Account Closure

lucbd may immediately suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or "bonus hunting"
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Any serious breach of these Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

lucbd currently supports three popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please note that Rocket is the mobile banking wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (on the bonus amount). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations — the specific terms of each promotion will apply.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through bonus abuse or matched betting may result in account forfeiture.
